Located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, NewFa Center occupies the site of the former Sino-Soviet Friendship Building, built in 1952. Drawing inspiration from the local legend of Liuhua Lake, we integrated Soviet structuralism aesthetics into the design. We selected three representative flowers, closely tied to the area—jasmine, crape myrtle, and kapok—and used them to target three distinct customer groups. Our services included creating tailored visual content for the project's annual social media campaigns and on-site branding.
